We do not employ salespeople, relationship managers, or account executives. Every person you deal with holds a stake in the firm and is personally accountable for the advice they give.
A firm this size cannot hide behind a switchboard. That is deliberate.

Advises private clients on portfolio construction and executes their orders. Previously treasury manager at a multinational pharmaceutical group.
Richard Duvanel
Consultant-Broker
Handles corporate mandates and reporting. Holds degrees from ETH Zurich and the London School of Economics.
Simone Latif
Asset Manager
Manages discretionary mandates and monitors positions across client portfolios. Previously a multi-asset analyst at a Geneva private bank.
Peter Wertheimer
Asset-Manager
Manages client portfolios and asset allocation. Previously worked in investment advisory.
Structure
How the firm is held
The firm is held by the people who work in it. There is no external board and no private equity sponsor. Decisions about how we work are taken by those doing the work.
Decisions on client mandates are taken by the investment committee, which the whole team attends. Nothing is delegated to a system.
We have turned down acquisition approaches three times. The firm is not for sale.
